Kelly Peck-McDonnell, CIP is the Team Lead of Accident Benefits at Kent & Essex Mutual Insurance. She has been with Kent & Essex Mutual for 2+ years. Prior to that, she worked as a fully licensed Independent Adjuster for 20+ years, specializing in Accident Benefits.

She is passionate about the insurance claims industry and the industry friends she has made over the years. Kelly has been on the LCA for 8 years and also served as the Chapter Delegate and the Secretary in previous terms.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh, and their dogs (Joplin & Bowie) at the trailer and travelling. Kelly loves music, reading and trying new restaurants.

Kate is an all-lines adjuster and current Claims Manager at McKillop Mutual Insurance Company located in Seaforth, Ontario. She began her career 18 years ago as claims examiner for a small trucking brokerage in London.

Following that, she worked at Claimspro London for 12 years. Kate graduated from Western University in 2004 with an honours degree in French Language and Literature.

Kate has served on the London Claims Association board for over 8 years, with 5 years as President.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, going to concerts, cooking and hosting dinner parties.

Linda has been a claims adjuster at Lambton Mutual for the last 12 years.

Linda loves what she does and has been adjusting claims for over 32 years. Linda has been a dedicated and active member of the London Claims Association board for over 12 years.

She is proud of her wonderful family and has three beautiful grandchildren that keep her young. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling with her husband of 39 years.

Michele has been employed at Trillium Mutual since 2009 as a multi-lines claims adjuster but has been in the insurance industry for a little longer than that!

This is her 3rd year with the LCA as a director. She is a graduate of Fanshawe College from the Business Finance and the Business Insurance Program and has also obtained her FCIP. Michele was born, raised and continue to lives in Bruce County!

She doesn’t mind the commute to LCA functions because our chapter is so much fun! In her spare time, Michele likes to go “glamping” with her family, riding the side-by-side or reading and can be found on a volunteer committee or two in her local home town.

Cory is an Accident Benefits adjuster at Definity Insurance where he began his career 11 years ago. Cory graduated in 2004 from the Music Industry Arts program at Fanshawe College. Cory is currently serving his second year on the London Claims Association board.

In his spare time, Cory loves spending time with his wife and son, playing guitar and coaching hockey.

Warren Hamer joins Larrek investigations with over 20 years of marketing and business development experience in the insurance industry. Warren joined the insurance industry working in the independent assessment services field for 10 years. This allowed him to work with various insurance companies and legal firms across Ontario. Warren’s uncompromising integrity has enabled him to market on many different platforms and grow businesses within the industry as well as the legal field.

Warren has built a vast network of clients over the years. He prides himself by following the concept of “Under promise and over deliver”. This philosophy has enabled Warren to build many relationships along with his personality, knowledge, and a good sense of humour. You may even recognize him as a victim in the original “Scary Movie”. Even though he is no longer acting he enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Warren has been able to grow and adapt with the changes in the Property and Casualty industry, as well as maintain and build new relationships in conjunction with various organizations such as the Kitchener OIAA chapter, the London OIAA chapter, WICC, and the Ontario Insurance Professionals Association.

Nicole is a manager in the litigation accounting and valuation services group of RSM, providing forensic accounting and litigation support services related to economic loss quantification.

Prior to joining the firm, she specialized in economic damage quantification for over eight years at an international forensic accounting firm. Nicole’s forensic accounting experience includes accident benefits, business interruption, agriculture, personal injury & wrongful death, disability, liability losses, fraud investigations, stock & contents, extra expenses and fidelity losses all in connection with claims under insurance coverages and in litigation matters for both plaintiff and defense counsel.
